Every peptide we sell is supplied strictly for in-vitro and laboratory research. Our products are not intended for human consumption, diagnosis, or treatment of any condition. Researchers are responsible for handling and use in compliance with their institution's rules.
Are these products Health Canada approved?
No. Research peptides are not registered as consumer health products in Canada. They are research chemicals, sold only for laboratory use. We do not make health claims and do not provide medical or regulatory advice.
How do I verify the quality of a vial?
Every vial ships with a unique QR code. Scan it to pull up that specific batch's third-party lab report — purity, mass spec, and identity. One QR per vial, one source of truth.
How do you ship, and is the packaging discreet?
Orders ship from within Canada in plain, unbranded packaging with no product references on the outside. Most domestic orders arrive in 2–5 business days.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Interac e-Transfer for all orders. After checkout, you'll receive a reference number and the e-Transfer email. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.
Do you ship to every province and territory?
Yes — shipping is free anywhere in Canada. We do not ship outside of Canada.
How should peptides be stored on arrival?
Unreconstituted vials are typically stored refrigerated; once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within the timeframe noted on the batch's lab documentation. Always defer to the specific peptide's research literature.
What's your return policy?
Because of the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns once an order has shipped. If a vial arrives damaged or the batch fails its lab report, contact support within 7 days and we'll make it right.
