A blend saves you a vial and fixes the ratio for you. Whether that is a convenience or a constraint depends on whether the ratio is something you want to control.

What a blend actually is
Two or more lyophilized peptides in one vial, at a ratio fixed when the vial is filled. Reconstitute it once and every component goes into solution at that ratio.
The vial's label states the combined mass. A KLOW vial at 80 mg holds 80 mg of peptide across four components, not 80 mg of each. The batch's lab report states the amount of each one.

The last row catches people. A blend has no single molecular weight and no CAS number, so there is no molar figure for the vial as a whole. Our calculator reports mg/mL for a blend and leaves the molar column to the components. That is the chemistry, not a gap in the tool.
When a blend is right
When the ratio is not a variable you are testing, and carrying one vial instead of four is worth something. The pairings we sell as blends are the ones that appear together in published protocols often enough that a fixed ratio is a reasonable default.
When single vials are right
When the ratio is the point. When you want each component's own mass-spec line as a separate identity check. Or when you only need one of the components and would be paying for three you do not use.
What the report shows
Each component is tested on its own, so a blend's report has a line per peptide rather than a single purity number for the vial. Is a blend cheaper than buying the components separately?+
Usually, because it is one vial, one label and one parcel instead of two or four. Compare the blend price against the sum of the single vials on the product pages; both are live.
Can I change the ratio in a blend?+
No. The ratio is fixed when the vial is filled and the lab report states it for that batch. If the ratio is a variable in your work, buy the components as single vials.
How is a blend tested?+
Each component is tested separately, and the report states the amount of each. A blend has no single molecular weight or CAS number, so there is no one mass-spec line that covers the whole vial.
What is in the GLOW and KLOW blends?+
GLOW is BPC-157, TB-500 and GHK-Cu. KLOW adds KPV to those three. The exact ratio for a vial is on that batch's report.
