Orders ship from within Canada via Canada Post in plain, unbranded packaging with no product references on the outside. We pack 1-2 business days after your e-Transfer is received and verified, and most domestic orders then arrive 2-5 business days in transit for most Canadian addresses. A tracking number is emailed to you when it leaves us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We use Interac e-Transfer for all orders. After checkout, you'll receive a reference number and the e-Transfer email. Your order is confirmed once payment is received.

Unreconstituted vials are typically stored refrigerated; once reconstituted, refrigerate and use within the timeframe noted on the batch's lab documentation. Always defer to the specific peptide's research literature.

Because of the nature of research peptides, we cannot accept returns on opened or used vials. If anything arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact support within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will replace it or refund you.
