What that rules out

In-vivo work is a separate regime. In Canada it runs under institutional animal care committee oversight, applicable regulation, and materials supplied and documented for that purpose. Those requirements exist independently of what any supplier says, and research-chemical-grade material does not satisfy them.

We publish no dosing information, no administration protocols, and no guidance for use in a living subject.

What that leaves

A large field: assay work, analytical method development, reference material for instrument work, and bench research generally.

That work needs one thing from a supplier, which is knowing what is actually in the vial.

Every vial we ship carries its own QR code. Scanning it opens the third-party lab report for the exact batch that vial was filled from: HPLC purity, mass-spec identity, appearance, the testing lab and the date. Scan a sample at /track before you order anything.

Four things to confirm on arrival:

1. The batch number on the label matches the report the code opens.
2. The seal and stopper are intact.
3. The lyophilized cake is dry and whole, not collapsed, shrunken or tacky.
4. The colour matches what the report describes.

A vial that fails any of those is replaced. Contact support within 7 days of delivery.
