Ordering research peptides in Kitchener-Waterloo without a purchase order

Waterloo Region runs on small labs with no procurement department. How to order research peptides with no PO, no account and no institutional address, and what you take on instead.

Published July 9, 2026

If you run a small lab in Kitchener, Waterloo or Cambridge, the usual blocker on ordering research materials is not price or availability. It is that the supplier wants a purchase order and you have nobody to issue one.

You can order domestically without one. No account, no institutional email, no minimum.

The last two rows are the actual trade. Speed and access, in exchange for verification and record-keeping. For a small lab that is usually the right trade, as long as you handle those two rows deliberately rather than by forgetting about them.

Building records from zero

If nobody else files your documentation, you want a supplier who files it somewhere you can retrieve later.

Every vial we ship carries a QR code opening the third-party report for its production batch. The report stays retrievable from the vial itself, so the association cannot be lost in your filing system. That is worth more to a four-person lab than to a department with a procurement database.

How to read a peptide lab report and how to choose a peptide supplier in Canada are both worth reading before a first order.

Check the vial before you use it

Every vial we ship carries its own QR code. Scanning it opens the third-party lab report for the exact batch that vial was filled from: HPLC purity, mass-spec identity, appearance, the testing lab and the date. Scan a sample at /track before you order anything.

Four things to confirm on arrival:

  1. The batch number on the label matches the report the code opens.
  2. The seal and stopper are intact.
  3. The lyophilized cake is dry and whole, not collapsed, shrunken or tacky.
  4. The colour matches what the report describes.

A vial that fails any of those is replaced. Contact support within 7 days of delivery.
