Why the receiving address matters here
Inspecting a vial on arrival is a real step: the cake is dry and whole, the seal is undisturbed, and the batch number matches the report the QR code opens.
That check is time-sensitive in one narrow way. If someone else receives the parcel and it sits for weeks, you can no longer distinguish a transit problem from a storage problem. The evidence is gone, and so is the basis for raising it. Our replacement window runs 7 days from delivery.

Storage at a seasonal property
Seasonal properties are often not climate-controlled year-round. An unheated house in February and an un-airconditioned one in August are both poor storage, for opposite reasons.
