What the numbers mean for AHK-Cu

AHK-Cu is stated by mass on the label, and the calculator reports mass per volume. A molecular weight for the molar column is not on file for this product; the Specifications tab has what we can confirm.

Each vial holds only powder, from 50 mg up to 100 mg, and no diluent. Add bacteriostatic water down the inside of the glass, swirl, and do not shake. The reconstitution guide covers the handling; this page covers the arithmetic.

Common questions

How much water do I add to a 50 mg vial of AHK-Cu?+

Any volume that gives a concentration you can measure easily. 1 mL gives 50 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 25 mg/mL, 5 mL gives 10 mg/mL. The peptide amount stays 50 mg whatever you add.

What is the concentration of AHK-Cu 50 mg in 2 mL?+

25 mg/mL, which is the same as 25 µg/µL.
