What the numbers mean for NAD+
NAD+ has a molecular weight of 663.43 g/mol (C21H27N7O14P2). So 500 mg is about 754 micromoles, whatever volume you dissolve it in. At 250 mg/mL that is 377 mM.

Common questions
How much water do I add to a 500 mg vial of NAD+?+
Any volume that gives a concentration you can measure easily. 1 mL gives 500 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 250 mg/mL, 5 mL gives 100 mg/mL. The peptide amount stays 500 mg whatever you add.
What is the concentration of NAD+ 500 mg in 2 mL?+
250 mg/mL, which is the same as 250 µg/µL. With a molecular weight of 663.43 g/mol that is 377 mM.
