Blends are two or more peptides lyophilized together in one vial rather than separate vials you combine yourself. What is a peptide blend explains when that is useful and what to check on a blended vial's report.
Storing a vial through a Calgary winter
Unreconstituted vials go in the fridge, sealed, out of direct light. That is the default in any season and any city.
The Calgary-specific habit is warming before opening. A vial taken straight from the fridge and opened in a warm room condenses moisture onto powder that was freeze-dried specifically to remove it. Let it reach room temperature sealed, then open. Costs nothing, prevents the one form of damage you can cause yourself.
Once reconstituted, refrigerate and work within the window noted in the batch documentation. How to store research peptides covers both states.
Check the vial before you use it
Every vial we ship carries its own QR code. Scanning it opens the third-party lab report for the exact batch that vial was filled from: HPLC purity, mass-spec identity, appearance, the testing lab and the date.
Two vials of the same peptide from different production runs open different reports, because they are different material. Scan a sample code at /track to see one before you order anything.
Four things to confirm when a parcel arrives:
- The batch number on the label matches the report the code opens.
- The seal and stopper are intact.
- The lyophilized cake is dry and whole, not collapsed, shrunken or tacky.
- The colour matches what the report describes.
A vial that fails any of those is replaced. Contact support within 7 days of delivery.

Frequently asked questions
Can I buy research peptides in person in Calgary?+
We ship rather than sell over a counter. Buying in person offers no verification advantage anyway, since the batch report does that work and you can read it before ordering at /track.
What does an order cost and how is it paid?+
Prices start around $39.99 CAD and vary by peptide and vial size. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer with a reference number issued at checkout. Shipping is free everywhere in Canada.
Is it legal to buy research peptides in Alberta?+
They are sold across Canada as research chemicals for laboratory use, not consumer health products. Alberta adds no additional restriction. They are not approved for therapeutic use and are not for human or animal consumption.
How many peptides do you carry?+
Fifty, including GLP-1s, single peptides and multi-peptide blends. Every one ships as lyophilized powder with a QR code linking to its own batch report.
