What the numbers mean for Epitalon
Epitalon has a molecular weight of 390.35 g/mol (C14H22N4O9). So 10 mg is about 25.6 micromoles, whatever volume you dissolve it in. At 5 mg/mL that is 12.8 mM.
Sequence: AEDG. The expected mass on the vial's mass-spec result is the molecular weight above; a match within a tenth of a percent is the identity check passing.
Each vial holds only powder, from 10 mg up to 50 mg, and no diluent. Add bacteriostatic water down the inside of the glass, swirl, and do not shake. The reconstitution guide covers the handling; this page covers the arithmetic.

How much water do I add to a 10 mg vial of Epitalon?

Any volume that gives a concentration you can measure easily. 1 mL gives 10 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL, 5 mL gives 2 mg/mL. The peptide amount stays 10 mg whatever you add.
What is the concentration of Epitalon 10 mg in 2 mL?

5 mg/mL, which is the same as 5 µg/µL. With a molecular weight of 390.35 g/mol that is 12.8 mM.
