What the numbers mean for KPV
KPV has a molecular weight of 353.42 g/mol (C16H27N5O4). So 10 mg is about 28.3 micromoles, whatever volume you dissolve it in. At 5 mg/mL that is 14.1 mM.
Sequence: KPV. The expected mass on the vial's mass-spec result is the molecular weight above; a match within a tenth of a percent is the identity check passing.

How much water do I add to a 10 mg vial of KPV?+
Any volume that gives a concentration you can measure easily. 1 mL gives 10 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL, 5 mL gives 2 mg/mL. The peptide amount stays 10 mg whatever you add.
What is the concentration of KPV 10 mg in 2 mL?+
5 mg/mL, which is the same as 5 µg/µL. With a molecular weight of 353.42 g/mol that is 14.1 mM.
Where does the KPV molecular weight come from?+
