What the numbers mean for MOTS-c

MOTS-c has a molecular weight of 2174.62 g/mol (C101H152N28O22S2). So 10 mg is about 4.6 micromoles, whatever volume you dissolve it in. At 5 mg/mL that is 2.3 mM.

How much water do I add to a 10 mg vial of MOTS-c?+

Any volume that gives a concentration you can measure easily. 1 mL gives 10 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL, 5 mL gives 2 mg/mL. The peptide amount stays 10 mg whatever you add.

What is the concentration of MOTS-c 10 mg in 2 mL?+
