PT-141 reconstitution calculator
PT-141 ships as a 10 mg vial of lyophilized powder. Pick the size, type the water volume, read the concentration. The molecular weight is already filled in, so the molar result is there too.

What the numbers mean for PT-141
PT-141 has a molecular weight of 1025.16 g/mol (C50H68N14O10). So 10 mg is about 9.75 micromoles, whatever volume you dissolve it in. At 5 mg/mL that is 4.88 mM.
The vial holds 10 mg of powder and no diluent. Add bacteriostatic water down the inside of the glass, swirl, and do not shake. The reconstitution guide covers the handling; this page covers the arithmetic.
Common questions
How much water do I add to a 10 mg vial of PT-141?+
Any volume that gives a concentration you can measure easily. 1 mL gives 10 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL, 5 mL gives 2 mg/mL. The peptide amount stays 10 mg whatever you add.
What is the concentration of PT-141 10 mg in 2 mL?+
5 mg/mL, which is the same as 5 µg/µL. With a molecular weight of 1025.16 g/mol that is 4.88 mM.
Where does the PT-141 molecular weight come from?+
The reference value on the product's Specifications tab, 1025.16 g/mol. The observed mass for the vial you receive is on its own lab report, which the QR code on the vial opens.
