Sermorelin has a molecular weight of 3357.88 g/mol (C149H246N44O42S). So 10 mg is about 2.98 micromoles, whatever volume you dissolve it in. At 5 mg/mL that is 1.49 mM.

How much water do I add to a 10 mg vial of Sermorelin?+
Any volume that gives a concentration you can measure easily. 1 mL gives 10 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL, 5 mL gives 2 mg/mL. The peptide amount stays 10 mg whatever you add.
What is the concentration of Sermorelin 10 mg in 2 mL?+
