What the numbers mean for Thymalin

Thymalin is stated by mass on the label, and the calculator reports mass per volume. A molecular weight for the molar column is not on file for this product; the Specifications tab has what we can confirm.

The vial holds 10 mg of powder and no diluent. Add bacteriostatic water down the inside of the glass, swirl, and do not shake. The reconstitution guide covers the handling; this page covers the arithmetic.

Common questions

How much water do I add to a 10 mg vial of Thymalin?+

Any volume that gives a concentration you can measure easily. 1 mL gives 10 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 5 mg/mL, 5 mL gives 2 mg/mL. The peptide amount stays 10 mg whatever you add.

What is the concentration of Thymalin 10 mg in 2 mL?+

5 mg/mL, which is the same as 5 µg/µL.

Where does the Thymalin molecular weight come from?+

The reference value on the product's Specifications tab. The observed mass for the vial you receive is on its own lab report, which the QR code on the vial opens.
