What the numbers mean for Glutathione
Glutathione has a molecular weight of 307.32 g/mol (C10H17N3O6S). So 500 mg is about 1630 micromoles, whatever volume you dissolve it in. At 250 mg/mL that is 813 mM.

Any volume that gives a concentration you can measure easily. 1 mL gives 500 mg/mL, 2 mL gives 250 mg/mL, 5 mL gives 100 mg/mL. The peptide amount stays 500 mg whatever you add.
What is the concentration of Glutathione 500 mg in 2 mL?+
250 mg/mL, which is the same as 250 µg/µL. With a molecular weight of 307.32 g/mol that is 813 mM.
