What the numbers mean for Glutathione
Glutathione has a molecular weight of 307.32 g/mol (C10H17N3O6S). So 600 mg is about 1950 micromoles, whatever volume you dissolve it in. At 60 mg/mL that is 195 mM.
Sequence: ECG (gamma-glutamyl). The expected mass on the vial's mass-spec result is the molecular weight above; a match within a tenth of a percent is the identity check passing.

Any volume that gives a concentration you can measure easily. 5 mL gives 120 mg/mL, 10 mL gives 60 mg/mL, 20 mL gives 30 mg/mL. The peptide amount stays 600 mg whatever you add.
